2. Services we offer

RockSolid 247 provides care services across the United Kingdom: home support, domiciliary care, live-in care, residential staffing, supported accommodation for 16- and 17-year-olds (under the Supported Accommodation Regulations 2023), respite, foster carers' relief, supervised contact, companionships, and emergency custodian services.

Detailed terms specific to each placement are agreed in writing at the point of placement with the commissioning party (Local Authority, fostering agency, family). The terms on this page are the website-use terms and the terms for any direct online purchases — currently the £85 DBS check fee (see section 3).

3. The £85 DBS check fee

RockSolid 247 offers, via this website, the facility to pay the £85 fee for an Enhanced DBS check processed via uCheck on behalf of an applicant joining the RockSolid 247 workforce. This fee is itemised here because it is the only direct online consumer purchase we currently offer.

4. Use of the website

This website is for informational and enquiry purposes. Please don't scrape it, attempt to interfere with the contact form's rate limiting, or impersonate other users.

5. Limitation of liability

We are liable for direct losses caused by our breach of these terms, capped at the fees paid in the relevant transaction. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

7. Dispute resolution

If you have a complaint, please email info@rocksolid247.com first. We aim to acknowledge complaints within 2 working days and resolve them within 10 working days where possible. If we cannot resolve a complaint to your satisfaction, you may pursue the normal small-claims or civil process.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms; the updated version applies from the date of publication on this page. For DBS-fee transactions, the terms in force at the moment you paid apply to that transaction.
